GROUCHOWORLD is inspired by the many creative collaborations of Frank Ferrante and Arthur Marx. Together,
Mr. Marx and Mr. Ferrante developed the New York and London stage
hit "Groucho: A Life in Revue." Mr. Marx served as playwright and Mr. Ferrante
as lead actor and, subsequently, director of the piece. 'Groucho' debuted off-Broadway
at the Lucille Lortel Theatre in 1986
and ran 254
performances. In London, the show was nominated for three Laurence Olivier Awards. They recently re-teamed to produce 'Groucho' as a PBS national pledge program.
Their newest work "Arthur Marx's GROUCHO: A Photographic Journey," is a
labor of love featuring commentary and unpublished photos of the Marx family by
Arthur Marx.
